Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO
• Experience in business process management and ERP system implementation
• Knowledge of GxP standards and ERP systems
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with testing tools such as HPALM
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Cluster Deliverables:

• Understanding the end-to-end business process scope of all legal entities with the support of internal BPAs
• Actively participating in all relevant workshops, contributing expertise
• Providing summaries and recommendations to PMO based on requirements or during weekly review meetings with PM regarding process impacts, solution designs, and implementation efforts
• Preparing the requirement document ready for approval by the Change Control Board

Authorization:

• Participating in authorization-related requirements gathering for each functional stream within the scope of external BPAs
• Recommending role mapping to PMO in alignment with business stakeholders
• Analyzing and finalizing requirements before handing them over to internal Authorization team
• Updating all necessary documentation, checking delivered requirements, and supporting the business in evaluating results

Documentation:

• Preparing and validating the User Requirement Specification (URS) document with the business before submitting it to IT for implementation
• Preparing new process documents for business processes within the scope of legal entities according to standards
• Ensuring all documentation standards based on different ERP systems and GxP requirements are followed for all process areas

Testing:

• Copying/reusing existing test cases
• Creating new End-to-End test cases for new business processes within the scope
• Approving test plans and preparing them for execution
• Coordinating with satellite system owners/third-party application owners to complete End-to-End test scenarios
• Supporting key/end users in preparing test data
• Approving test execution
• Following up and approving defects during BAT and UAT

Data Migration:

• Guiding key/end users during data cleansing
• Supporting the data migration team in finalizing field mapping with key users
• Guiding key users/stream leads for data transformation sign-off
• Supporting key/end users in validating data loads at all project phases
• Supporting the business in defining data requirements for new processes within the scope for specific legal entities

Satellite Systems:

• Coordinating with all satellite system support teams to define interface requirements and test criteria for in-scope applications
• Supporting the business in coordinating with 3PLs, vendors, and customers to complete design, testing, and cutover
• Coordinating with the IT and business teams in all testing phases of the project to ensure all interfaces are working

Training Material:

• Supporting the change management team in preparing training materials and reviewing them before submitting to the business
• Ensuring related content is removed from existing training materials for electronics - gaining more clarity on the scope
• Onboarding new users in SAP and providing support during end-user training to understand processes

Hypercare Support:

• Supporting IT and business in defining KPIs for hypercare reporting
• Supporting key/end users in resolving issues related to user understanding or training
• Supporting business and IT in analyzing issues raised as tickets during hypercare
