We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life‑saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. ??

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement standardized processes for Sales Controlling including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Actual Closing.
  • Support the deployment of SAP templates across the organization.
  • Ensure consistent and integrated design of end‑to‑end business processes for the Sales Controlling function.
  • Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to complete the Process Reference Model.
  • Assist the GPO in standardizing and migrating Controlling activities into Shared Service Center (SSC) scope.
  • Enhance the Global Standard Template for Controlling and participate in SAP roll‑out activities globally.
  • Translate principles, standards, and business rules into clear IT requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop business cases, and support implementation of identified improvements.
  • Assign Business Role/Authorizations to users and approve role assignment workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Sales Controlling / Corporate Controlling.
  • Strong understanding of SAP financial and controlling modules, with expertise in Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the impacts for Finance and Controlling across end‑to‑end processes.
  • Proficient in SAP ECC Finance, Controlling and Sales.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
