Opis stanowiska pracy
Responsibilities:
- work with cross-functional partners towards achieving a scalable, touchless order and provisioning process for digital sales with special focus on backend integration with ERP and backend processes (e.g. cash collection, revenue recognition, tax management),
- drive definition, set up and operationalization of adequate commercial processes and value flows with cross-functional partners to sell through digital marketplaces by ensuring smooth backend processing,
- support strategic and operational digital marketplace development in close collaboration with operational process owners and Siemens commercial governance teams,
- work with back office and downstream process owners and liaise with key interface partners in the DISW global Finance Operations organization and IT,
- initiate information exchange with other Siemens backend system representatives to drive collaboration, growth and lessons learned,
- support existing ERP landscape to achieve next level of processing digital sales transactions,
- encourage organization to think out-of-box for digital marketplace end-to-end journey,
- coordinate and participate in system testing,
- act as an interface between IT and the business on requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree,
- 3+ years professional experience in different financial functions (e.g. Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash processes) and/or experience working on projects, and/or E-commerce,
- experience with complex global organizations and working in cross functional teams, fast learning and adaptability across countries,
- software as a Service (SaaS) business or comparable industry knowledge,
- expertise in E-commerce / Online Selling processes will be an advantage,
- passionate for process and system improvement,
- excellent financial analytical skills and sound knowledge of IT systems (ERP/SAP),
- project management skills, ability to navigate different stakeholders, solution-oriented mindset,
- excellent communications skills to provide transparency in complex environment,
- analytical, presentation & personable skills are highly relevant,
- willingness to work in cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
