Business Process Analyst (GBS) – Join ADMs Record to Report team.

Full‑time, Hybrid (3 days per week from the office in Poznań)

Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, experienced Business Process Analyst to conduct process discovery sessions, create process maps, work instructions, and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs). Additionally, this role involves maintaining, reviewing, and controlling these documents and training/staffing them across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive standardization of global end‑to‑end processes and recommend ownership/positioning of key processes across GBS, other functions, and Business Units.
  • Define end‑to‑end processes and leverage Lean, Six Sigma, process control, and root‑cause analysis to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain, review, and control process documentation to ensure it is up‑to‑date and compliant with company standards.
  • Conduct process discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed information about business processes.
  • Create comprehensive process maps, work instructions, and DTPs to document business processes accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate highly repetitive tasks based on business priorities.
  • Train employees and stakeholders on the use and importance of process documentation.
  • Socialize process documentation across various levels of the organization to ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all process documentation is stored and managed in a centralized repository.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process documentation and training programs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a finance business process analyst or similar roles, ideally within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of GBS financial processes (RTR, GL, controlling).
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA) and leading CI projects end‑to‑end.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex analyses clearly.
  • Proven ability in process documentation, mapping, discovery sessions, and use of process‑mapping tools.
  • Experience training or socializing process documentation is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement in complex organizations.
