responsibilities :


  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis
  • Initiate, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with GPOs and stakeholders.
  • Analyze business needs, current processes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Repository of process assets, use cases, and related documents.
  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation
  • Collect and analyze data related to process performance and KPIs.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support GPOs in decision-making.
  • Support for Process Design and Improvement
  • Assist in evaluating existing processes and designing future-state models.
  • Propose improvements based on best practices, benchmarks, and industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between the GPO, business units, IT, and end users.
  • Support workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to ensure alignment.
  • Technology Enablement Support
  • Work with IT and GPOs to gather business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and technology rollouts.
  • Change Management & Adoption
  • Support the creation and execution of change management plans alongside the GPO.
  • Develop communication strategies, end-user documentation, and training materials.
  • Facilitate feedback loops during change implementation to ensure successful adoption.
  • Identify resistance points and propose mitigation strategies to enable user acceptance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track process performance and contribute to reporting dashboards.
  • Identify and communicate process deviations and improvement areas.
