Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join the Global Shared Services team who can handle daily operational tasks, support us in achieving our goals, and implement continuous improvement ideas.

You will report to the Team Leader of ISC - GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES.

This role offers a hybrid work model (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at the office) with flexible working hours from 7:00 - 9:00 to 15:00 - 17:00.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Accountability for various Customer Care and supply chain processes
2. Resolving issues related to these processes
3. Ensuring process instructions are up-to-date and accurate
4. Assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Communicating with internal and external partners
6. Addressing business issues appropriately
7. Delivering process innovations and continuous improvement ideas
8. Participating in Lean projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• English language skills (B2)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (LSS, PRINCE2)
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (including Macros)
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on implementing process improvements

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Knowledge of Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian languages
• Experience with Power Automate
