Position Overview

The purpose of the role is to provide the dedicated focus required to evolve Allegro current ways of working into a mature, streamlined, and scalable operational system for the entire Technology organization. This role is critical for moving the organization beyond the basics. It will directly address the following needs:

  • To actively identify bottlenecks in our current planning and delivery processes, eliminating redundant work and automating manual steps to free up time for our teams to focus on high-value activities
  • To re-engineer our processes so they can support a growing number of projects and teams without breaking down. This is essential for achieving our long‑term strategic goals
  • To govern and maintain all process assets, including documentation, templates, and guides and ensuring they remain current and serve as the organizations reliable single source of truth
  • To ensure that all processes are clearly documented, communicated, and consistently followed across the organization, making collaboration seamless and predictable

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure all portfolio processes directly support and align with overall company strategic objectives and Executive Team priorities
  • Design, implement, and optimize the end‑to‑end processes for project planning, execution, and portfolio management
  • Work in close partnership with the Resource Management unit to design and integrate seamless processes for resource forecasting, capacity planning, and allocation
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders from Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure that technology delivery processes are transparent, well‑understood, and effectively integrated with their workflows
  • Govern and maintain all PMO process assets, including documentation, templates, and playbooks as the official system of record
  • Drive the adoption of standardized processes across the technology organization through clear communication, training, and change management
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business goals
  • Partner with Technology Delivery Leads and Business Partners to establish a continuous feedback loop, ensuring that delivery processes are practical and regularly adjusted based on real‑world project experiences
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and feedback from all stakeholders to implement process enhancements
  • Ensure all processes are designed to be scalable, supporting the organizations future growth and strategic shifts

  • Balancing the need for a standard process with the flexibility required for different teams and project types
  • Driving process adoption and ensuring compliance across teams without direct managerial authority; clearly demonstrating the value and return on investment of new processes through tangible metrics
  • Designing processes that work effectively across multiple departments (e.g., Technology, Finance, Business Units)
  • Ensuring processes are practical and add real value, avoiding the perception of being a purely bureaucratic exercise
