Your responsibilities

• As the Business Partner responsible for the location in Lodz, you will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers and employees.
• You will also work on international projects, be responsible for recruiting and be the central point of contact for the headquarters in Hamburg.
• You have an active role in personnel and organizational development, you are a consultant, sparring partner and designer. You will make an important contribution to ensuring that our employees and the organization are fit for the future.
• We are an international team of HR generalists and specialists with offices in Germany, France, Italy and Poland. We enjoy what we do, want to shape things and make a measurable contribution. To achieve this, we work actively, with great openness and trust with the specialist departments and our international interfaces within the Group.

Our requirements

• You have a degree in HR, business or a comparable qualification.
• You also have relevant experience in HR, including holistic consulting for specialist departments.
• You also have experience in supporting organizational development and change processes, as well as in the recruitment of specialists.
• Good knowledge of employment law, a confident handling of Microsoft Office and very good English skills round off your profile.
• You are characterized by a high level of consulting competence and service orientation, as well as a future- and solution-oriented way of thinking.
• You also have strong organizational and communication skills.
• You enjoy collaborative tasks and challenges and have a good dose of energy and motivation.
