Currently we are seeking a professional to join us as Business Owner — Payment Gateway, Payment Links & Recurring Billing.

• 4+ years in a commercial, product, or strategy role within a payments company, PSP, or merchant-facing fintech.
• Deep understanding of payment gateway products - API integrations, hosted checkout, and plugin-based commerce platforms.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a recurring billing or subscription payments product.
• Proven ability to serve multiple customer segments simultaneously and make clear prioritisation decisions when needs conflict.
• Comfortable engaging with technical buyers and developers without being an engineer.
• Strong analytical capability - comfortable with transaction data, authorisation rates, and funnel metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to define commercial strategy and work through a PO to deliver it.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience at a PSP, acquirer, or payment gateway business in Europe.
• Familiarity with SCA, PSD2, and 3DS requirements for both one-time and recurring transactions.
• Understanding ailed payment recovery strategies.
• Experience with plugin ecosystems - WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, or similar.
• Has worked in a BO/PO model and understands the distinction between commercial ownership and delivery ownership.

,[Define and own the commercial strategy across all three product areas -  growth, improvement, and competitive positioning., Set the prioritization agenda: decide what gets worked on, in what order, and why -  based on merchant impact and business value., Maintain a deep understanding of all four customer segments (SME, mid-market, enterprise, developer) and their distinct needs., Work closely with the PO throughout delivery -  reviewing specs, challenging edge cases, and signing off that output matches commercial intent., Own merchant feedback collection and synthesis -  turning qualitative input into structured, prioritized product opportunities., Define and track success metrics across all three areas: Volumes, merchant activation, payment success rates, and recurring billing performance., Partner with Sales and Account Management to understand what is blocking merchant adoption or causing churn., Partner with Legal and Compliance on all regulatory requirements affecting the gateway or recurring billing., Monitor the competitive landscape - PSPs, gateways, and embedded finance players - and flag where ZEN needs to respond., Present strategy, performance, and roadmap direction to leadership, owning the commercial narrative for this product cluster. Requirements: Gateway, API, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop Additionally: Private healthcare, Motivizer, In-house trainings.
