About this opportunity
Primary responsibility is to effectively and efficiently work on the ticket queries related to entering, correcting, and verifying data in internal Align computer systems and assist customer-facing, commercial departments on customer master data questions. Additionally, is to run the problem analysis and drive complex improvement projects related to master data. Business Operations Specialist must be able to perform each essential duty individually and skillfully with basic support from the rest of the Business Operation Team. The location of your office will be Wrocław. We can offer a hybrid work model (2 HO days).
In this role, you will…
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Entering and resolving customer master data, promotions and events, queries/tickets within time limits in SFDC.
- Analyzing root causes of basic and complex issues related to customer master data billing, promotions, events and on-boarding, and giving the expert evaluation of the scope and severity.
- Processing batch system updates, credit notes (System/Operational issues).
- Running continual improvement projects related to Business Operations department.
- Proactive second-line support for Business Operation department and Commercial teams.
- Coordinating with supporting IT/technical teams on issue resolving and improvements.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing, updating and creating teams WIs, Knowledge Base articles once requested.
- Activities in Arena system (periodic reviews, updates etc.) once requested.
- Complying with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of company processes, procedures and product information/materials.
- Offering solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
- Reporting all unsafe activities to Manager and/or Human Resources.
- Participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company success.
- Participating in special projects and/or training when requested.
- Performing other duties as assigned. The duty scope may be changed.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree.
- Advanced in English is desirable for this position (both verbal and written), other languages is a plus.
- Around 2 to 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good analytical skills, critical thinking and analytical mind-set.
- Good communication skills and a team player approach.
- MS Office – advanced user proficiency.
- Complex knowledge of Excel analytical tools.
- Process mapping, Jira, Arena - basic skills.
- Experience with SAP.
- Open mind-set, willingness to learn and adjust to constant market changes.
- Result-oriented; ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
- Customer-oriented with focus on internal customers.
- Experience with databases, SQL queries – is a plus.
