What we expect

  • 5-8 years in a large, multinational organization with exposure to delivery, business, and/or operations functions
  • ability to work effectively in matrix environments and influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus depending on regional scope
  • advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership
  • understanding of Customer Experience (CX) or Services organizations, including related processes, policies, and systems, is highly desirable
  • a trusted advisor with strong business acumen who sees the bigger picture while managing operational details
  • solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau (basic dashboarding), Power Apps, Power BI, and other operational tools
  • a change agent with the ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and lead solution development initiatives
  • willingness to share knowledge, support peers, and lead by example to foster team development.
  • demonstrated success in leading or actively contributing to high-impact, cross-functional projects or programs

Your tasks

  • partner with Delivery Leaders to support CX Global Center operations across assigned technology, region, or function
  • provide actionable business insights through data analysis, predictive modeling, and performance assessment
  • drive operational improvements by analyzing business drivers and recommending strategic changes
  • lead change initiatives and support leadership with the coordination of operations-related activities
  • manage budget, headcount planning, operational governance, and cadence, including KPI reviews and ad-hoc reporting
  • collaborate with global and regional Operations peers to share best practices and ensure consistency across Delivery groups
  • mentor team members by sharing expertise and leading by example to foster professional growth
  • represent Delivery Centers in global operations, CX regional forums, and center-wide initiatives
