Support the delivery teams across EMEA/APJC to source and on-board contingent labor to engage customer projects
Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the E2E staffing process and Statement of Work creation practice
Manage competitive bids and RFQs for new requirements with partners to attain cost savings and ensure affordability
Ensure process, legal and financial compliance for staffing and purchase orders
Act as the intermediary between internal (delivery teams) and external stakeholders (partners)
Propose ideas for organizational process improvements which will either reduce cost, automate processes or reduce SLA timeframes
Order Client assets for new hires as well as assist contingent workers with laptop provisioning and compliance questions
Analyze internal processes, data, and problems
Produce timely ad-hoc reports for senior leadership utilizing Microsoft Excel and proprietary tools
requirements-expected :
1 to 4 years of related business experience and a graduate with a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Math, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or a related field from an accredited institution
Native/bilingual proficiency in the English language
Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments
Highly ethical with a strong moral compass
