For the largest company specializing in IT and business services outsourcing, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Manager to strengthen the Warsaw sales department. As part of our team of professionals, you will work with leaders in the banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, energy and retail industries. If you have experience in selling B2B services, are a hard‑working person, enjoy challenges and can build strong business relationships with clients, send your resume and shape your future with us!

Your tasks

• Sales of the entire spectrum of Sii services: managed services, projects, outsourcing of specialists
• Cooperation with Sii Competence Centers and recruitment departments in the implementation of new services for clients
• Responsibility for preparation of offers and presentations
• Creating and taking care of the team of Sii engineers who work for your clients
• Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in selling services in the B2B segment
• Higher education
• Experience in cooperation with large companies
• Independence and professionalism in action, good organization of work
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative, creativity, focus on achieving goals
• Full knowledge of English and Polish – at least B2 level
• Experience in sales of IT, consulting and outsourcing services will be an added advantage
• Residence in Warsaw

Nice to have

• Experience in cooperation with companies outside Poland – nearshoring model
