Regional Sales Strategy & Business Development:
?Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives and market potential across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia & Ukraine
?Identify growth opportunities by analysing consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and new channel openings.
?Expand presence in both traditional retail and modern trade, as well as e-commerce and B2B distributors.
?Define and implement optimal distribution strategies per country and per channel.
?Develop commercial policies, including pricing, trade terms, and rebate schemes, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
?Drive entry into new markets and product categories through close collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
Key Accounts and Distributor Management
?Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and other strategic customers.
?Co-create Joint Business Plans and growth initiatives with key partners.
?Negotiate listings, promotions, visibility, and investment terms to deliver maximum ROI.
?Ensure consistent brand representation and execution quality across the region.
Team Leadership
?Lead and develop a sales team in Poland and within the Region
?Set clear objectives, KPIs, bonus schemes, improvement plans and ways of working aligned with company goals.
?Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional growth across the team.
?University degree in Business, Economics, Agronomy, or related field.
?Min. 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Business Management, ideally in the FMCG, Home & Garden, or Agrochemical industry.
?Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
?Fluent in English and Polish.
?Driving licence cat.B.
?Proven record of driving growth in multi-country environments.
?Experience in managing both B2B and B2C channels and leading teams.
?Strong commercial and analytical acumen with strategic thinking.
?Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
?Ability to work across different cultures and business environments.
?Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented mindset.
?Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
?Readiness to travel accros the Poland and CEE.
?Work for a stable organization, based on an employment contract.
?Hybrid work organization - combination of: working in the field with clients in and sales team in Poland, with occasional travel to Czechia and Slovakia, remote working from home and visits to our office in Warsaw
