Building and managing your own business unit, creating your own department, up to 100+ FTE
Driving business growth through the sale of Madiff services (Time and material, managed services, software development, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, etc.), both locally and internationally
Understanding customer needs and providing professional advice on proposed IT services
Negotiating terms of cooperation and building long-term relationships with new and existing clients (mainly FTSE 500/NASDAQ 100 companies)
Collaborating with the recruitment department and managing your own recruitment processes, both internally and externally
Maintaining strong relationships with technical consultants within your business unit
Contributing to the development and implementation of business strategy
Building and managing your own sales team with Business Managers to help grow your Global Business Unit
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT outsourcing sector
Proven experience in a similar position in IT outsourcing (essential)
Excellent command of English (essential)
Strong knowledge of the IT/ITO/ICT industry
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and business development
Ambition to lead a team and build your own desk
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projects
