Your responsibilities

Selling the whole spectrum of Sii services to existing customers and acquiring new ones
Taking care of a team of Sii Engineers who work for your clients
Recruiting IT engineers
Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
Being responsible for the preparation of offers and presentations
Taking an active part in the pre-sales process when preparing and selling solutions to the clients
Cooperating with Sii Competency Centers and the Recruitment Department in terms of implementing new services for clients

Our requirements

At least 5 years of experience in sales in the B2B segment
Higher education degree – IT or Business related degree is preferred
Experience in cooperation with large or international companies
Independence and professionalism in action, good organization of work
Very good interpersonal and communication skills
Initiative, creativity, can-do attitude, goal-orientation
Full proficiency in English with negotiation skills
Experience in prospection, and market analysis in terms of sales strategy
Outstanding self-motivation ability
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required

We are looking for a Business Manager to join Sales Department at Sii Łódź. You will join a team of 6 very ambitious and experienced people cooperating with local and international leaders in the following industries: banking, retail, logistics, healthcare, and Hi-Tech.
