We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to support strategic and operational management of the SMB business across Europe and Asia. The role focuses on translating company strategy into measurable execution, supporting leadership with data-driven insights, and ensuring operational alignment across multiple business units.
The successful candidate will play a key role in business planning, performance monitoring, and executive reporting, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The position combines strategy, analytics, financial oversight, and internal communication, contributing directly to business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment.

Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimization, and operational improvements.
Support leadership in defining short-term and long-term business priorities.
Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans for regional business units.
Prepare and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for senior leadership.
Design, maintain, and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track business progress.
Conduct financial and operational performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning processes.
Track progress against strategic initiatives and operational targets.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and strategic goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business units to gather performance data and business insights.
Support cross-department initiatives and strategic transformation projects.
Act as a central point of coordination for business performance reporting and analysis.
Develop and execute an internal communication strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
Prepare executive-level messaging related to business strategy, performance updates, and change initiatives.
requirements-expected :
10+ years of experience in business management, business strategy, management consulting, or analytical roles.
Proven experience supporting senior leadership with strategic insights and performance reporting.
Experience working in international or multi-regional business environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with business performance analysis, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting.
Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ability to transform complex data into clear strategic insights and executive-level presentations.
