We are currently searching for a Key Account & New Business Manager (Sales)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of the company, while developing strong client relationships and delivering high-quality consultancy services.

 We are helping with relocation if needed.

Key Account Management: Ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of consultancy services, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This includes taking full accountability for service performance and driving future demand by delivering outstanding results
✅ Client Relationship Management: Project Understanding and Support: Gaining a deep understanding of ongoing projects to better support the recruitment process of consultants. Your insight into the specifics of each project will be instrumental in matching the right talent to client needs
✅ You will create and implement strategies that enhance service delivery, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction
✅ Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitoring your performance against KPIs, deadlines, and procedures, ensuring adherence to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for providing detailed reports to company management, outlining performance, feedback, and areas for improvement
✅ Contract Negotiation and Service Portfolio Development: Leverage this information to negotiate contracts and expand the portfolio of services provided, contributing directly to the companys revenue growth

Experience in IT Account Management: With 2-3 years of relevant experience, you will bring a solid understanding of service delivery dynamics and client relationship management, particularly within the IT sector
✅ Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills in English are essential, enabling you to engage with clients and consultants alike effectively
✅ Experience working with public sector or governmental clients is a valuable asset, as it will help you navigate the unique challenges and requirements of this market
✅ Exceptional Organizational Skills: Your ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial in ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards
