•Establish and enforce data architecture and design standards for software, systems, and applications to ensure data consistency and quality.
•Collaborate with software engineers and other IT professionals to integrate data solutions into enterprise applications.
Technical Tooling & Automation
•Leverage AI, machine learning, and big data techniques to automate data collection, cleansing, transformation, and storage processes.
•Develop and implement automated processes for data validation, monitoring, and maintenance.
•Use programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) to build custom data solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
•Lead cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
•Educate and guide stakeholders on the use of data analytics tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.
•Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure data solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
•Conduct root cause analysis on data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
•Stay updated on the latest trends in data engineering, analytics, and data science to continually enhance data capabilities.
•Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to solve business problems and improve data operations.
Documentation & Support
•Document all data processes, architectures, and solutions to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
•Provide ongoing support for data systems, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring continuous operation.
•Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on business processes, data flows, and data models.
