responsibilities :
Build and automate dashboards in Excel/ PPT for the data visualization across the organization to drive data-based decision making.
Cooperation within PBI Global Project to support preliminary reporting stage: data quality, data models, data visualization.
Building predictive sales forecast and models to reassure that the company follows the key mandates. Collaborate with sales Team to support strategic planning for winning strategy with past data.
Ability to coordinate and lead Business Units workshops to identify relevant visualization and report’s needs.
Manage and execute continuous improvement opportunities with data intelligence and collaboration with the global teams.
Establish toolchain for the automating data collection from excels in the database.
Defining, cleaning, and working with the datasets to drive strategic business decisions.
Support data quality by automated models/algorithms.
Strong analytical skills to find patterns, create predictive models, and develop insights that guide decision-making within businesses.
Being crucial part of strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and advanced analytics in the organization.
Educate Analytical Teams with advanced analytics and data science/AI knowledge.
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in Econometrics, Data Science or related field (masters preferred).
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst. Excellent knowledge of NielsenIQ data and tools could be a strong grasp.
Strong Excel 3+ years with practical and proven usage of VBA language will be a must.
Python or R, SQL, PBI experience will be an additional asset.
Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution.
Strong team player approach, collaborative and cross-functional mindset; hands-on mentality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish is a must.
