We’re looking for a Business Growth Manager who will drive projects that fuel the growth of Motors Consumers across Romania, Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind strategic initiatives that expand listings, launch impactful campaigns, and bring new business ideas to life. Consumer segment refers to individuals (not companies) who are using our platforms’ services to buy or sell vehicles.

You’ll work internally with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, analytics, and other departments, while also building strong relationships with external business partners. Your ability to connect and collaborate will be key to driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and executing business growth projects across multiple markets and platforms;
  • Driving initiatives such as increasing listings in key segments and launching tactical campaigns;
  • Partnering closely with stakeholders in product, marketing, and analytics to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
  • Generating new business ideas and pushing them through to implementation;
  • Monitoring results, analyzing performance, and adjusting strategies to meet goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in Category Management, Business Development, Business Strategy, Go-To-Market or similar roles;
  • Skills: Advanced project management, strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities;
  • Tools: Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides;
  • Language: Advanced English (spoken & written);
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel abroad up to 2x per month.
