Your missions

Mission of the position

As a key member of the country finance team, Business Controller acts as a business partner to support BUMs and others LT members. The role combines driving financial performance through insightful analysis, KPI monitoring, and proactive cost control with ensuring correctness of statutory and management reporting to the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Support country/BU management in understanding and steering financial KPIs.
  • Monitor average selling price, operating expenses and other KPIs to optimize profitability and drive company growth.
  • Implement measures to control commercial policy and expenditures.


  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Ensure timely and accurate execution of financial cycles: budget, forecasts, and closings.
    • Produce management control reports covering profitability (up to ROP) and Working Capital Requirements (WCR).
    • Monitor financial targets and raise alerts in case of discrepancies.
    • Ensure timely and accurate Group reporting.
  • Data Management & Compliance
    • Ensure reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of financial data.
    • Cooperate closely with Corporate Finance Team to improve existing processes and remediate internal control issues.
  • Your profile

    Profile

    • Education/degree: Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
    • Masters/Technical knowledge: Accounting, controlling, planning & analysis, ERP: preferably JDE Edwards.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with accounting background
    • Language: Native Polish and fluent English required
    • Strong Business Acumen
    • Excellent analytical and process optimization skills
