• Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the Polish entity, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with local and regional leadership to co-develop and implement country-level business strategies.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and decision support to business leaders, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor project performance and report deviations in cost, timeline, and scope to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure strong internal controls across key financial processes, including revenue recognition, sales accounting, contract management, and financial reporting.
• Partner with the cluster finance lead to align standards and delivery models, leveraging both onshore and offshore resources.
• Support local finance teams in month-end and quarter-end close processes and financial reviews.
• Drive operational improvements across end-to-end finance processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units and support functions.

• Several years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or controlling, preferably in an international environment.
• Advanced knowledge of management accounting and experience working with large data sets.
• Proven ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports and strategic recommendations.
• Fluent in both Polish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (ERP systems).
