Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver accurate, executive‑grade financial reporting (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) tailored for management, board, and external stakeholders, emphasizing compliance, accuracy, and international standards.
• Design, implement, and own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring actionable, data‑driven recommendations for cost management and operational improvements.
• Utilize advanced analytics, automation tools, and large datasets to deliver insights into business performance, trends, and investment opportunities. Champion the use of AI/ML and digital transformation in financial modeling and reporting.
• Interpret, challenge, and synthesize complex financial data to provide predictive modeling and business intelligence that support functional and business managers in operational decision‑making, risk assessment, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify and assess risks to financial health and operational efficiency, recommending mitigations and monitoring execution.
• Collaborate across departments and countries, fostering a virtual, multicultural environment and aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
• Provide active partnership and trusted advisory to business leaders, influencing key decisions and ensuring that financial perspectives are integrated into organizational strategy.
• Drive transformative projects in controlling/finance, challenging established approaches and embedding continuous improvement in all financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with evolving financial and tax regulations; oversee internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Continuously monitor market and industry trends, linking financial insights to operational and strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, or FP&A with demonstrable business partnership with senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and sophisticated valuation methodologies.
• Data‑driven, innovative, and excellence‑focused mindset, with a record of driving automation and process improvements in finance.
• Proven ability to challenge conventional thinking, lead transformation projects, and drive change across complex organizations.
• Highly agile and proactive, comfortable working both independently and in cross‑functional, international, and matrixed settings.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — able to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and foster trust across remote and multicultural teams.
• Experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau, or advanced data analytics tools is highly desirable.
• Background in high‑growth tech, e‑commerce, or digital environment is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
