Your IMPACT:

• Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely performance of period end closing activities in line with company requirements
• Report Monthly and Quarterly results in HFM and analyze the figures
• Data input, maintenance, contribution in development of reports in Business Intelligence tool
• Provide support to Finance Business Partners in analyzing reported data
• Support business by digging into SAP and provide more granular data for the analysis/reports
• Improve processes and use of tools: leverage all system capabilities, increase automation of processes, deliver efficiencies

Your Profile:

• 5+ years experience in controlling/financial analysis/finance projects
• Bachelors or masters degree (finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity
• Good collaboration and ability to interact with business leaders at various organization levels
• Ability to work with personal accountability and ownership
• Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
• Attention to detail and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
• Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders and BI tools
• Good command of English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP/Oracle & BI tools, MS Office
• Passion for continuous improvements & change management
