Job Overview
Join Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland as a Business Expert with Qlik. You will work in a hybrid environment in Łódź, collaborating with risk model teams, software developers and business stakeholders to develop, maintain and improve risk reporting applications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop risk applications (e.g., credit reporting systems, operational risk tools).
- Work closely with software developers and application users to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Conduct technical, business and data quality analyses.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements.
- Analyze risk management and regulatory requirements and implement adjustments into tools and processes.
- Provide support for technical fixes and solve business/model related problems.
- Document business requirements, application guidelines and design goals.
- Improve processes using agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- High knowledge of Qlik Sense and script syntax.
- Experience creating reporting structures.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Bachelor degree in economics, finance, accounting, IT or related field.
- English B2/C1 level.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in the financial industry, preferably risk management or risk controlling.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other technical languages.
