Are you ready to make a difference? As a Business Expert in Payment Investigation, you will play a crucial role in our mission to digitalize and automate the payment investigation process. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing workflows for our internal customers through innovative technologies. In this role, you’ll drive meaningful change by defining effective solutions, analyzing business requirements, configuring systems, and translating requirements into actionable test scopes for development teams or external vendors. Youll work with modern IT infrastructure, tools, and methodologies in an Agile product development environment to deliver impactful results.

What you will be doing? ? 

• Acting as the bridge between users, developers, and vendors: You’ll analyze issues or needs related to the applications and collaborate with developers and vendors to resolve them efficiently.
• Understanding and analyzing business requirements: You’ll define and design functional solutions, implement configurations within the application, or create functional IT concepts for development teams.
• Supporting system implementation and optimization: You’ll assist with the introduction of new systems or features, and work on designing and improving workflows and processes.
• Testing and quality assurance: You’ll define functional test scenarios, ensure quality assurance measures, and support testing activities on test environments.
• Collaboration: You’ll work closely with other teams to design solutions for emerging problems effectively.

What is important for us? ?

• Strong ability to understand and analyze business requirements (current vs. target).
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements as well as designing and developing functional solutions or IT concepts.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into test data requirements.
• Experience in documenting and designing processes, analyzing workflows and data, and optimizing operations.
• The ability to understand requirements and analyze data, while effectively managing tasks in support of project management to drive new initiatives forward. (Training on Payment Investigation processes will be provided.)
• A basic understanding of IT processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• Fluency in English and Polish at B2 level.
