The BTS - Finance Performance team is responsible for the corporate financial planning solutions, our target is to improve the process, introduce automation, evaluate if the current IT portfolio is the most suitable to achieve business objectives, draw a roadmap, and finally innovate at different scales (from minor enhancements to the implementation of major innovative solution projects).
responsibilities :
You are accountable for improving solutions used in the FP&A area that will streamline business processes, mostly by bringing all types of innovation from the market like automated forecast models based on AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Data Mining, Improved user experience, or enhancing internal solutions embedding existing technologies
You will run PoCs and prototypes in a short time and measure the outcome value that might bring to our organization and the risks
You participate in the execution of the projects introduced after approved PoCs
You research technology and look for the best IT solutions
requirements-expected :
You can work together with business and coordinate IT teams to run prototypes and projects.
You have worked in the FP&A area as a user or in the IT departments and have notions to improve the processes and pain points
You know S4 and SAP BW BPC, and other financial planning solutions ( IBM, ANAPLAN, …)
You speak a business language
You are curious about the new technology and have enough understanding to be a self-learner
You can accept the risks of failure and learn from it
You are used to working with some degree of uncertainty
You investigate and explore the market and keep up with technology trends
