About the project

In your role as Business Expert for cross-border payments you will be part of our vision to further digitalize and optimize the payment processing and improve the current workflow for our internal customers with innovative technologies. As BE responsible in this business area you will be able to drive this change and define adequate solutions. For this you will analyze business requirements, you will be able to perform necessary configurations in the system(s) and translate the requirements to the test scope and provide this to development team or external vendor.

You will use modern IT infrastructure and tools and work in an environment of agile product development. Furthermore you will coordinate necessary communication incl. 3rd level support with our main stakeholders, i.e. private, corporates/ financial institutions segments and our backoffice units.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing issues and needs arising in the application(s) and resolving them together with developers and vendors, acting as a link between application users and IT development or maintenance teams
  • Understanding and analyzing business requirements (current vs. target state)
  • Defining and designing appropriate functional solutions, either through application parametrization or functional IT concepts to be implemented by the development team
  • Assisting with the introduction of new systems or features, as well as designing and optimizing workflows and processes
  • Defining functional test scenarios and quality assurance measures, and supporting testing activities in test environments
  • Analyzing and designing solutions for incidents or issues
  • Supporting the development of knowledge transfer concepts and actively contributing to them

Our requirements

  • Understanding of process chains and used formats (MT and MX)
  • Familiarity with communication channels in the area of cross-border payments
  • Ability to understand and analyze business requirements (current vs. target)
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to design and develop functional solutions or IT concepts
  • Translating business requirements into test data requirements
  • Experience in documenting and designing processes
  • Ability to analyze and optimize data and workflows
  • Experience acting as a link between users and IT development teams by understanding requirements, analyzing data, and overseeing project-related tasks to drive initiatives forward
  • Fluency in English and Polish at B2 level
