We are looking for a Business Ethics (BE) Lead Auditor or Auditor to strengthen compliance and integrity across our organization. In this role, you will lead audits, assess risks, and ensure transparency in business practices.

As a Business Ethics Lead Auditor / Auditor, you will play a key role in safeguarding compliance and integrity across Lundbeck’s global operations. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing audits in line with the annual Audit Plan, leading reviews across affiliates, third parties, and internal departments, and working closely with colleagues worldwide. Beyond audits, you will manage dialogue on findings, oversee corrective actions, support investigations, and contribute to projects that continuously improve our compliance framework through innovative tools and approaches.

Our Ethics & Compliance team is truly international, with members based in Krakow and Copenhagen. We’re curious, passionate, and united by a shared commitment to safeguarding patients and promoting integrity across everything we do.

The position based in Krakow.

Our requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for the Lead Auditor role or 3 years of relevant experience for the Auditor role.

Solid knowledge of compliance requirements, particularly pharmaceutical industry codes (e.g., IFPMA and EFPIA Code of Practice) as well as transnational regulations such as EU pharmaceutical regulations, the UK Bribery Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Openness to 4–8 weeks of business travel per year.

A mature and confident approach to audit execution, including the ability to manage dialogue with management regarding audit findings.

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, audit, economics, social sciences, or natural sciences; a financial background is considered an advantage.

CIA certification is considered an advantage.

English proficiency at C1 level is required; additional languages are an asset.
