responsibilities :

• Understand business needs and translate them into clear architectural direction and roadmaps.
• Design a future application landscape aligned with our business goals and IT strategy.
• Help choose new technologies and tools that fit well with our current and future setup.
• Maintain and improve our Business Capability Map with input from supply and production teams.
• Ensure the architecture supports business priorities and keeps evolving with our needs.
• Represent the Digital Delivery team alongside Business Relationship Managers and Project Managers in shaping IT projects.
• Work closely with other architects (domain, solution, and data) to ensure consistent and scalable solutions.
• Join our Architecture Community of Practice to share knowledge and align best practices.
• Support the use of architectural standards and processes in business projects.
• Help improve architecture methods, tools, and capabilities.

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Deep understanding of business and information architecture, especially in applications and data for manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with concept and technologies like MESH and traceability systems.
• IT/OT infrastructure experience.
• Fluent English and effective communication skills – able to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences.
• Good problem-solving skills and a structured approach to designing solutions.
• Experience with architecture modeling and documentation tools.
• Willingness to travel (about 40–50 days per year).
