Your Mission:
- Build new client relationships locally and internationally, executing strategic sales plans.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through marketing initiatives.
- Be the face of the organization at conferences and in social media, amplifying our presence and impact.
- Craft compelling proposals for RFPs and tenders, showcasing our tailored solutions.
- Dive deep into client needs, particularly in permanent recruitment, IT contracting, and executive search.
- Closely collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Embark on a global journey, collaborating with colleagues worldwide to unlock new opportunities for the Polish market.
Our requirements:
- 1+ year of New Business Development experience.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- A relentless drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Nice to have: proven success in selling services to HR or IT.
