We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed. We do not require formal education credentials, nor do we expect dozen of years of experience. What matters most is energy, determination, and ambition. We value people who are ready to grow with us. Experience in the crowdfunding space – whether as a Creator or a Backer – is a strong plus.

Be a native English speaker or have C2 level
Understand American culture and navigate its communication style naturally
Have a strong instinct for social media and truly understand it, not just scroll through it
Having sales experience in the U.S. market is a plus
