Business Development Specialist at Comarch SA

Location: Kraków

Job Details:

Join us in shaping the future of automotive in Europe and worldwide. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented individual to strengthen our effective sales team by acquiring new international clients in the area of creating innovative solutions for Automotive/Connected Cars/Mobility.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Higher education
  2. Career development orientation in international sales
  3. Good command of German in both spoken and written form
  4. Fluent communication in English
  5. Independence, entrepreneurship, effectiveness, and determination to achieve goals
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  7. Interest in new technologies, especially in the areas of e-mobility, automotive, and IoT
  8. Flexibility, availability, and readiness for occasional foreign trips (e.g., DACH, Scandinavia, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Italy)
  9. Driving license category B
  10. Two years of experience in IT sales is an additional advantage
  11. Preferred experience in:
    1. IT projects from the production side
    2. Areas of IoT, Industry 4.0
    3. Digitalization of processes and data exchange in corporations

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Acquiring new international clients (Car manufacturers and large and medium-sized enterprises in the Automotive/Mobility sector)
  2. Responsible for the entire sales cycle: client identification, needs analysis, relationship building, proposal submission, negotiations, contract signing, sales development
  3. Achieving set sales targets based on the offer of programming services
  4. Diverse sales activities, including participation in international meetings, fairs, and conferences
  5. Direct cooperation with Production and Marketing Departments
