What you’ll be doing:

• Lead top‑of‑funnel sales activity — identifying and engaging high‑potential prospects through research, LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and run outreach campaigns that generate quality leads.
• Map out key decision‑makers and develop tailored, persuasive messaging that sparks interest.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, outreach methods, and conversion strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• A proactive self‑starter with experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or German
• A natural curiosity for technology and innovation
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Experience with CRM tools
