Responsibilities:

  1. Expanding the client portfolio and taking care of existing clients, ensuring strong and long-lasting relationships.
  2. Managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives, utilizing tools like Notion and Pipedrive.
  3. Monitoring and staying up to date with key industry trends and competitive insights, actively sharing knowledge with the team.
  4. Having an impact on the optimisation of internal processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
  5. Continuously expanding your knowledge of trends in the IT and Engineering industries, adapting the company’s offerings to the changing market needs.
  6. Achieving business objectives set by the VP of Sales, considering the specific challenges and requirements of the IT and Engineering sectors.
  7. Attending IT and Engineering conferences and other industry events to represent the company and build networks.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience working closely with B2B clients, preferably in the Engineering sectors.
  2. Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
  3. A genuine desire to help, with an empathic personality and a proactive approach to challenges.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds and education levels.
  5. Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and client meetings simultaneously.
  6. Motivation to achieve goals, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to transform market data into business strategies.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to changing market conditions.
