Responsibilities
- collaborate with the team to create and execute a sales strategy for your assigned client portfolio
- proactively reach out to potential customers (via phone and email) to schedule meetings and present tailored solutions
- analyze client business needs and offer the most suitable sales recommendations
- build long‑term relationships and develop sales opportunities within your portfolio
- work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall success
Requirements
- fluent Japanese (N1 level) and good command of English
- at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales — from prospecting to deal closing
- strong ability to engage with senior decision‑makers and manage complex sales cycles
- excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- open‑minded, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a sales‑driven environment
- willingness to work evening and night shifts (US market)
