Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, social selling, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings to present cybersecurity solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute targeted outreach strategies
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, including scheduled meetings and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Collect and share market and prospect feedback to support product and messaging improvements
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
