Business Development Representative with English (Night Shifts)

During a Typical Day, You'll
Work in a team and develop a sales strategy for the assigned portfolio.
For outbound leads: outreach prospects from your portfolio via phone and email to schedule appointments for consultations and further steps.
Analyze and strategize how to manage and create a good opportunity with accounts assigned to your portfolio.
Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their needs.
Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets along with being a part of a larger Sales Team.

You'll report to the Team Lead. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
Our requirements
Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in English C1+.
1+ years of proven experience in sales, including prospecting, account development, and closing deals
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage high-level decision makers and manage complex sales cycles
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
Coachable and open to feedback, with the ability to quickly adapt and refine your sales approach
Strong goal orientation and motivation to meet or exceed performance targets
Ability to work in evening/night shift
