We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Performance Agency, and to help us grow our client base and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential leads through Google, LinkedIn, databases, and market research
  • Identify, contact, and engage new clients in verticals such as e-commerce, startups, mobile apps, gaming, and agencies
  • Deliver presentations and conduct negotiations (online and offline)
  • Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tenders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead → call → proposal → deal
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contract terms
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, monitor the sales funnel, and provide reporting
  • Achieve KPIs related to revenue and closed deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (digital, advertising, or marketing services experience is a strong plus)
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising and performance marketing market
  • Confident English skills (Upper‑Intermediate / B2 or above) for international client communication
  • Systematic and detail‑oriented: skilled in CRM usage, reporting, and planning
