Were seeking an experienced and energetic Business Development Representative in the European region to drive revenue growth in defense and civil markets through direct sales, partnership development, and market expansion.
Location: Open to Europe/UK (Poland, Germany, France, and the UK preferred)
Work set up: The number of hours depends on the candidates involvement. It is a Part‑Time to Full‑Time opportunity.
Salary - $100,000-$180,000 (depends on involvement, experience, and results)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle sales from prospecting to contract signature with defense contractors, government agencies, and commercial customers
- Participate in on‑site and remote presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions with qualified prospects
- Present Sky Spys RF intelligence architecture and offer customized solutions for specific client requirements (optional)
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to exceed monthly revenue targets consistently
- Collaborate with marketing to develop inbound leads and maintain prospect relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent Sky Spy at defense conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Support contract negotiations and proposal development for complex procurement processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 3+ years of business development experience in defense, aerospace, or dual‑use technology markets
- Proven track record closing deals in European defense markets with measurable, proven results
- Network of contacts in European defense ministries, prime contractors, or systems integrators
- Track record leading solution‑oriented sales campaigns from inception to contract award
- Skilled at presenting to senior technical and executive audiences
- Excellent written communication and proposal development capabilities
- English - C1+
Optional Qualifications
- UAV pilot certification or operational experience
- RF engineering background or familiarity with spectrum analysis
- Technical acumen to understand RF systems, SIGINT, and electronic warfare concepts
- Experience with government contracting processes, procurement cycles, and acquisition frameworks
- Existing relationships with NATO member countries or allied defense organizations
- Experience selling to UAV manufacturers
