What you will be dealing with:
- Actively selling Cartalo's e-commerce products and services to new customers,
- Building up the customer base, in accordance with company standards,
- Classification of leads according to company standards,
- Preparing and presenting sales offers and presentations to customers,
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients and contracting sold services,
- Ongoing contact with customers, analysis of needs and proposing solutions offered by Cartalo,
- Monitoring of the market and competitors' activities,
- Close cooperation with other departments of the company in order to effectively achieve the objectives of the position.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in selling IT or e-commerce solutions,
- Knowledge of e-commerce solutions and e-marketing,
- Knowledge of the German market in terms of e-commerce services,
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of sales techniques,
- Practical knowledge of English at B2/C1 level (Polish language is a plus),
- Fluent in German,
- Active driving licence, category B,
- A sense of responsibility for the tasks performed,
- High interpersonal skills (relationship building, negotiation skills),
- Ability to work in a team,
- Openness to business travel,
- Experience in working with a CRM system on the basis of defined sales processes - welcome
