Position: Business Development Representative

Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our base of business partners across Poland. In this role, you will play a key part in proactively acquiring small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and empowering them to succeed through our platform.

• Acquiring new business partners: Actively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Presenting Groupon: Showcasing our platform as a unique opportunity to acquire new customers and enhance business visibility.
• Creating and negotiating offers: Crafting proposals that meet the needs of business partners and Groupon clients.
• Market analysis: Gaining insights into various industries and identifying seasonal trends.
• Achieving sales targets: Regularly meeting and exceeding set sales targets.
• Collaborating with internal teams: Ensuring the highest quality standards of service and supporting partners throughout the collaboration process.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional sales, business development, or client management for SMBs.
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships and conduct successful negotiations.
• Experience in independent client acquisition, including cold calling.
• Fluent in Polish; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to make quick decisions.
• Strong work ethic, responsibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
