Position

Business Development Representative

Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and results‑driven Business Development Representative to expand our base of business partners across Poland. In this role you will play a key part in proactively acquiring small and medium‑sized businesses (SMBs) and empowering them to succeed through our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new business partners: Actively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, video calls, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Presenting Groupon: Showcase our platform as a unique opportunity to acquire new customers and enhance business visibility.
  • Creating and negotiating offers: Craft proposals that meet the needs of business partners and Groupon clients.
  • Market analysis: Gain insights into various industries and identify seasonal trends.
  • Achieving sales targets: Regularly meet and exceed set sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Ensure the highest quality standards of service and support partners throughout the collaboration process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional sales, business development, or client management for SMBs.
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships and conduct successful negotiations.
  • Experience in independent client acquisition, including cold calling.
  • Fluent in Polish; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Strong work ethic, responsibility, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
