We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct company research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) & outreach prospects with a custom and data‑based approach.
  • Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets and ensure ongoing lead flow into the sales funnel.
  • Conduct discovery/qualification calls with Enterprise companies and C‑level titles to spot customers’ potential needs/interests and collect all the info needed for the Sales Team to launch the process.
  • Hit personal (monthly and quarterly) targets and contribute to the whole teams KPIs on closed deals, calls, emails, etc. Focus on quality.Collect and update all prospect/company statuses into CRM (HubSpot) to track metrics and progress.
  • Proactively share personal & client feedback and contribute to team projects and initiatives to enhance sales processes.
  • Actively participate in education sessions and training and share best practices with the Sales department.

About You:

  • 0.5‑1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or quota‑carrying Sales role.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
  • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.Experience conducting calls with clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to an ever‑changing environment.
  • Time‑management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision.
  • Hunger for feedback and coaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
