One Platform Migration Excellence Award
You will:
- build relationships with new potential clients of CRM and marketing automation systems in the medium and large business market in Poland (250+ employees).
- independently identify sales leads, following the existing process, or creating new steps.
- Respond to incoming inquiries to the company.
- Assist in preparing demos and offers.
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients.
We are a perfect fit if you have:
- between 2-4 years of experience in an independent sales or sales development role in the IT industry for B2B companies
- understanding of the technology buying process in Poland
- proven track record of closing deals
- ability to initiate conversations, identify problems and goals, and engage with decision-makers.
- capability to work independently with a strong focus on achieving results
- communicative level of English and fluent Polish
