Youre sharp, curious, and confident in communication. You know how to research, reach out, and get conversations started. You turn a cold lead into a warm opportunity by understanding what people need and connecting them to the right solution. Youre disciplined, structured, and competitive, enjoying hitting targets and growing fast.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across target verticals.
  • Reach out to leads through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, needs, and buying intent.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and updated.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs: outreach volume, replies, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging and campaign feedback.
  • Share insights from prospect interactions and market trends.

Background

  • 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Experience or interest in high‑risk industries (iGaming, Crypto, Adult, Fintech, or similar).
  • Strong communication, research, and time‑management skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setup.
