The Opportunity

Sunscrapers is pivoting. We are moving from a generalist software consultancy to a specialized Data & AI Partner for Private Capital (VC/PE). We have the expertise, the case studies, and the vision. Now, we need the volume.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to build our outbound sales engine from the ground up. You wont just be "calling leads"—you will be building the database, testing messaging, and turning market noise into qualified conversations for the CEO.

Your Mission (The "What")

Your primary goal is to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads in the Private Capital market. You will validate our new positioning by getting our content and concepts directly in front of decision-makers.

  • You Value Process over Inspiration: You dont wait for "motivation" to do outreach. You rely on habits, daily goals, and tracked metrics. 
  • You are Curious & Tech-Savvy: You embrace AI. You dont just "use" tools; you test new ways to automate research or personalize messages at scale. You can talk intelligently about Data and AI without needing to be an engineer. 
  • You are a "Scientist": You treat sales like an experiment. “Subject line A didn’t work? Let’s try B.” You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.  

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales (SDR/BDR or full-cycle), preferably in tech or professional services. 
  • Experience selling to US/UK markets is a huge plus. 
  • Familiarity with the Private Capital / VC landscape is a bonus, but curiosity is mandatory. 
  • Excellent written English—you can write emails that busy executives actually read.
