Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join an international services team. If youre passionate about client acquisition, relationship-building, and driving growth on a global scale, this role is for you! You’ll play a key part in expanding their client base both locally in Poland and across international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with the Polish market and international business landscapes.
  • Fluency in Polish (native) and proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in service-based sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools to track and manage clients.
  • Ability to work remotely.
