To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you book a meeting. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and qualify prospects via calls and email.
  • Set up meetings and support sales growth.
  • Develop relationships with customers from first contact to meeting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a sales-related role (inbound or outbound).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting to new markets using market research and data analysis, cold calling, and developing sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Product knowledge to communicate value propositions and address prospect objections.

Core Skills & Attributes

  • Proficiency in German/English/Polish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly driven and goal oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in handling objections and maintaining effective follow ups.
  • Quick to learn and able to understand technical products and solutions efficiently.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to operate within the F5 CRM System and other sales tools. Proficient with using the BDR-specific tech stack such as Salesforce.
  • Comfortable using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or Groove.
