Business Development Manager

Location: Zielona Góra, Polska

Scope of Responsibilities

• Operating within a culture of safety
• Actively searching for new sales opportunities in the assigned area
• Planning customer visits
• Implementing and preparing reports with a goal of 40 per month
• Identifying customer needs
• Setting sales opportunities in the Salesforce application
• Using the Account Approval Center application
• Preparing offers using the Offering Tool
• Negotiating offer terms
• Introducing the customer to the company
• Signing long‑term supply agreements for both cylinders and CryoEase gases

Employer Requirements

• Good proficiency in English
• Higher education, preferably technical profile
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Driver’s license B
• Commitment, motivation and orientation towards achieving set goals
• Teamwork skills
• High level of personal culture
